I am very excited about the trips that have been put together for 2020, however, our highest priority is the health and safety of all who travel with us. As we monitor the COVID-19 pandemic, we will be canceling, or rescheduling trips and tours as recommended by the CDC and Governor’s recommendations. Due to the ever-changing nature of the outbreak, I won’t make any cancellations until about 2-3 weeks in advance of a trip. Please be assured that if we need to cancel a trip or reschedule a trip for dates that you cannot attend, you will not loose your money.
I will be calling/emailing everyone on the trip roster if a trip needs to be cancelled. It will be the traveler’s choice to keep the money on account for a future trip, put the money towards a trip down the road that still has openings or to request money be sent back. Money on account with Going Beyond Travel never expires! Once we are able to travel again, I hope to be able to add some new trips to our calendar.
So, in the mean time, keep washing your hands! Stay home as much as possible but do get outside for some fresh air and exercise when you can. And most importantly know this health challenge will pass and we will get to travel again together soon!
Thank you for your continued support-
President of Going Beyond Travel
